Is my data safe from identity fraud?

Eagle Card web site is hosted on a secure server, safeguarding the information that you supply to us. The Eagle Card itself does not have a name, address or personal information printed upon it. Personal, medical and medication data will only be supplied to VERIFIED paramedics and emergency room personnel. Personal emergency contacts details are for the use of specified Eagle Card personnel only. The only time that Emergency contacts will be referred to is in the case of a crisis, requiring Eagle Card personnel to advise the emergency contacts of a situation.

What is Eagle Card?

Eagle Card is a simple and effective method of ensuring that the emergency services quickly and efficiently obtain your medical and medication information in the event of an emergency. This information may be vital if you are critically ill and in need of life saving medical treatment. In the event of an incident where perhaps you are unwell, or an accident where you sustain injuries, Eagle Card can immediately inform your closest relatives or friends of your location. With Eagle Card, your loved ones can quickly be made aware of your situation.

How does it work?

You register your details online in our secure database by completing our simple Registration Form. Upon receipt of your details we will mail you your personal Eagle Card(s). Please ensure that you carry your Card with you at all times. In the event of an accident or your involvement in a crisis, the Emergency Services can call our special 24/7 toll free number and quote your individual PIN on the front of your card. Our trained operators can give details of your medication and medical history, after verifying the requesting authority. Quick access to these details may save your life. Eagle Card will immediately contact your emergency contacts you have registered, so that they are informed of your location and situation at the earliest possible opportunity.

Who will benefit?

Everybody in your Family, School, Club or Company will benefit whether or not they have a long medical history. Obviously people with chronic medical conditions or on long term medication will find the Eagle Card vitally important. Parents should insist that their children carry the Eagle Card to ensure speedy notification in the event of an emergency. Because Eagle Card does not have the card holders name and address printed upon it, makes it ideal for children to carry. Seniors are particularly vulnerable people, as we gracefully grow older we are still exposed to the every day dangers of life, we can suffer from chronic medical conditions and also have an increasing dependence on medication.

How much does it cost?

How do I get my Eagle Card?

You can register on this website or call 941 329 6504 giving all your personal and credit card details to our operator who will then arrange for your Eagle Card to be sent to you. Alternatively you can down load a Registration form from our home page and send the completed registration form together with a check for the service charge to Eagle Card LLC 1000 North washington Blvd, Sarasota FL 34236. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your Card.
